The newest addition to the Anova team, Beatrice Speck, has joined Anova as a Marketing Associate.

‘Anova’ will revolutionise how businesses listen to the employee voice. Through Anova’s digital surveys, pulse checks and wellbeing interventions, businesses will be able to improve retention, engagement, productivity, and resilience and in turn reduce absenteeism, presenteeism and stress in their workforce.

Anova were invited to present to the Jersey Finance audience during Sustainable Finance Week. Jenny Winspear explained how we are using technology to improve workplace wellbeing and in turn increase productivity, resilience and retention. Full video available.
